Problem solved

NGOs waste hours every week on online course platforms due to manual processes and scattered tools.

Solution

Technologies

Laravel, PHP, REST APIs

Monetization

Annual maintenance plans; Premium template sales

Challenges

Price competition from low-cost providers; Scope creep during projects

Improvements

Offer WhatsApp-based onboarding and support for non-technical users.; Create a referral program that rewards users for inviting others.
